If your order is placed a day before the public day or outside the hours of operation, the order will be processed on the following business day.


Processing time is the length of time required for the product to be prepared and made before packaging & shipping.

The processing will take 3-5 business days for the item to be ready for packaging & shipping. Having said that, we will process your ordered items as quickly as possible.

All international orders will be delivered to the address designated by our customers via registered air mail post.

We will update your order with the tracking information provided by the carrier. Please make sure your email address is correct to be sure you receive all correspondences.


Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase


Please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date you received the product. You have 14 calendar days to ship the product back. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. Please note a 10% restock charge will apply to all orders not due to merchant error.

Your refund will then be issued minus the shipping fee.

Please contact us for all RETURNS.

We can't accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Our jewelry items are not intended for use by children who are aged 3 and under. Some items that contain small parts may pose a choking hazard and should be kept out of reach by children.


We are based in Zhejiang, and live by a different time zone. We will try our best to respond our customers' messages as soon as we can. We usually respond to customers’ messages within 24 hours on business days. Please make sure your email address is correct to be sure you receive all correspondences.



To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized eCrater to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact us directly.


We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including: (a) as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; (b) when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list; (c) if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and (d) as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and 2) Compliance with the eCrater Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the eCrater Seller Policy and Terms of Use.


Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows: (a) eCrater. We share information with eCrater as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the eCrater Seller Policy and eCrater Terms of Use. (b) Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. (c) Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (1) respond to legal process or to government requests; (2) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (3) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (4) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.


We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.


(a) Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below. (b) Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request. (c) Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons. (d) Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
