If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm
Sunday & public holidays, CLOSED
The above is based on the time zone in China.
If your order is placed a day before the public day or outside the hours of operation, the order will be processed on the following business day.
▪️ PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is the length of time required for the product to be prepared and made before packaging & shipping.
The processing will take 3-5 business days for the item to be ready for packaging & shipping. Having said that, we will process your ordered items as quickly as possible.
All international orders will be delivered to the address designated by our customers via registered air mail post.
We will update your order with the tracking information provided by the carrier. Please make sure your email address is correct to be sure you receive all correspondences.
▪️ ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
▪️ RETURNS OF SHIPPED ORDERS
Please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date you received the product. You have 14 calendar days to ship the product back. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. Please note a 10% restock charge will apply to all orders not due to merchant error.
Your refund will then be issued minus the shipping fee.
Please contact us for all RETURNS.
We can't accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
▪️ CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
▪️ CHILDREN SAFETY
Our jewelry items are not intended for use by children who are aged 3 and under. Some items that contain small parts may pose a choking hazard and should be kept out of reach by children.
▪️ RESPONSE TIMES TO QUERIES
We are based in Zhejiang, and live by a different time zone. We will try our best to respond our customers' messages as soon as we can. We usually respond to customers’ messages within 24 hours on business days. Please make sure your email address is correct to be sure you receive all correspondences.

To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized eCrater to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact us directly.

You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons. (d) Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
