You don't have to register with eCrater. You can purchase products from our store as a guest. Simply select the "Add to Cart" button found on the product page for the product you want to buy.
No. We sell internationally. We do not have control over the delays caused by the customs inspection and/or carrier services.
We appreciate very much your purchase with us but our product prices are firm.
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. For cancellations, please contact us within 3 hours of purchase.
Processing time is the length of time required for the item to be prepared before packaging & shipping.
The processing will take 3-5 business days for the item to be ready for packaging & shipping. Having said that, I will process your ordered items as quickly as possible.
We ship your item(s) by registered airmail post which generally takes about 12 to 25 business days to most countries under normal circumstances.
All international orders will be delivered to the address designated by our customers via registered air mail post.
We will update your order with the tracking information provided by the carrier. Please make sure your email address is correct to be sure you receive all correspondences.
Please contact us for information on our return process from the date you received the product.
You must contact us for all returns within 7 calendar days. You have 14 calendar days to ship the product back to us from the date you received it. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. Please note a 10% restocking fee will apply to all orders not due to merchant error.
Your refund will then be issued. All shipping costs are not refundable.
We can't accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons, products on sale, and wholesale products.
Before shipping, all delicate items will be nicely boxed with bubble wraps to avoid damages by the shipping services. Shipping costs are expensive. To keep the international postage cost minimum for our customers, we are not able to offer gift wrapping in our store. Gift wrapping could add extra weight to your order.

We usually respond within 24 hours, but please note that we live by different time zones so please factor that in when asking questions and expecting answers. It is frustrating to spend the time looking up information and answering emails only to have them bounce back as undelivered and then we have also have a customer that thinks we are ignoring them, even though we aren't. Try and keep lotions, soap and other chemicals away from all your jewelry. Remove the jewelry prior to applying body cream, bathing as well as in contact with salt water. For cleaning, all it needs is a gentle scrub with some toothpaste and an old soft-bristle toothbrush. The baking soda in the toothpaste will help rub off the dirt or the built-up tarnish. After the scrubbing, rinse with the warm water and dry thoroughly with a dry soft polishing cloth.
